We really get to know you and what you want out of your dream home. This provides us with general design ideas all the way down to specific amenities and customizations you want.

Submit/Approve Formal Plans
We sit down again with the architects to review plans and timelines for your vision. This will be the time for any final changes.

Review Price
Utilizing our experienced and talented contractor’s insight, we provide you with an estimate for the entirety of the project.

Sign The Contract
We are ready to sign the formal paperwork. The final step is to present the contract, plans with allowances/specifications, and survey for appraisal. Once completed, Let the Building Begin!

Securing Finance
Once we’ve been given the green light, we will work with your preferred financial institution to secure funding for the project.

Applying For Permits
We reach out to local civic institutions to secure all necessary construction and zoning permits.

Construction Begins
Once all the permits and financing are in place, we roll up our sleeves and get to work!
