Starting as a heavy equipment operator, Ryan gained valuable insight working alongside subcontractors from all walks of the trade. Taking those people skills and his technical talents, Ryan was able to become a very successful site superintendent and talented builder. These days Ryan’s passion revolves around making his client’s visions come to life. Starting with a strong foundation, Ryan’s team takes wood, mortar, and metal to create the perfect dream home his clients have always wanted.

Results-driven Project Manager with nearly 8 years of combined experience leading construction teams in both commercial and residential projects. Proven track record of delivering superior products within budget constraints, ensuring probability and cultivating enduring client relationships. With combined field and office experience, Micah offers a unique skillset that ensure projects are delivered on budget, on schedule, and at the quality clients expect.

Luke Tice is a talented carpenter and builder with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. He has a passion for building and takes pride in his work, ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standards. Luke's attention to detail and commitment to quality make him an invaluable member of the Dempsey Built team.

With 20 years of military leadership experience directing operations, managing billion-dollar budgets, and overseeing 1000+ personnel, Stefanie brings a mission-focused mindset to every challenge. After retiring from the Army, she transitioned into business consulting, where she specialized in streamlining office processes and resolving organizational issues. Her strategic insight and practical problem-solving make her a valuable asset in bridging the gap between clients and the contract teams. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, creating art, and classic cars.

Kathy is a highly experienced bookkeeper with over 40 years in the accounting field. She manages all day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general bookkeeping tasks.
